These terms are designed for cleaning services. They do not replace the client’s statutory rights, and service-specific quotation terms may supplement them.
1. Company and application
These terms are issued by PUREVALE CLEANING LTD, company number 17382762, registered office 20 Gill Avenue, Bristol, England, BS16 2NB (“PUREVALE”, “we”, “us”). They apply to website use, quotations and cleaning services supplied to private consumers and business clients. A written quotation may contain service-specific conditions; where clearly identified, those conditions form part of the contract.
2. Enquiries and quotations
Website prices are starting guides, normally within £300–£1,500, not binding offers. Quotations rely on the client’s description, measurements, photographs, access information and disclosed condition. Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 14 days and applies only to its named property, scope and service window.
3. Contract and booking
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date. A contract is formed only when PUREVALE confirms acceptance in writing after the client accepts the scope, price and these terms and pays any stated deposit. Dates remain subject to reasonable operational availability until confirmation.
4. Client responsibilities
The client must have authority to order work at the property; provide safe, lawful and timely access; maintain electricity, hot water, lighting and ventilation where required; identify alarms, pets, hazards, restricted areas and delicate or damaged materials; secure valuables, cash, medicines and confidential documents; and ensure active construction has ceased before after-builders cleaning. Waiting time, failed access or unsafe conditions may be charged or treated as cancellation.
5. Scope, exclusions and changes
Only written inclusions form part of the service. Unless itemised, cleaning excludes external high-level work, pest or biohazard remediation, mould treatment, hazardous waste, asbestos, sharps, bodily-fluid hazards, heavy lifting, repairs, moving fixed items, laundry, disposal fees and specialist conservation. If conditions materially differ, we may pause, limit unsafe work or offer a revised price. Extra work proceeds only with appropriate approval.
6. Standards and limitations
We perform the agreed work with reasonable care and skill. Cleaning cannot reverse wear, corrosion, discolouration, permanent staining, pre-existing damage or inappropriate earlier treatment. Results depend on material, age, ventilation and contamination. No guarantee is made that a landlord will return a tenancy deposit, that every stain or odour will disappear, or that cleaning will satisfy a third party’s undisclosed standard.
7. Prices, VAT and payment
The quotation states the price, currency, payment schedule, deposit and whether any taxes are included. Payment is due by the stated deadline using an accepted method. The client must not withhold an undisputed amount. Reasonable recovery rights and statutory interest may apply to overdue B2B invoices. Consumer rights concerning disputed services remain unaffected.
8. Inspection and concerns
The client should inspect promptly when practical and report any concern with photographs and relevant detail as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours. We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, re-perform the affected part. This process does not remove non-excludable statutory rights.
9. Damage and liability
PUREVALE is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by breach or failure to use reasonable care, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for undisclosed pre-existing damage, inherent material defects, loss caused by inaccurate instructions, unavailable utilities or matters outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.
10. Consumers and businesses
Consumers retain rights under applicable UK consumer law. A consumer’s statutory rights are not limited by these terms. For business clients, the contract constitutes the commercial agreement for the service; neither party relies on statements not recorded in it, except that liability for fraud cannot be excluded.
11. Delays outside control
We are not liable for delay caused by severe weather, transport disruption, illness, unsafe premises, building restrictions, utility failure or other events reasonably outside our control. We will communicate material delay and seek a practical alternative. Cancellation rights are described separately.
12. Website and intellectual property
Website content is general information and may change. PUREVALE owns or licenses the website design, text and brand assets. You may browse and retain ordinary copies for personal or internal business reference but may not reproduce the site or imply endorsement without permission.
13. Privacy, law and contact
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the law applicable to the contract and do not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. First contact PUREVALE at support@purevalecleaning.help or +44 7862 611476. Last updated: 12 August 2026.
