1. Controller and contact
PUREVALE CLEANING LTD, company number 17382762, is the controller for personal data used to answer enquiries and deliver services. Contact support@purevalecleaning.help, +44 7862 611476, or write to 20 Gill Avenue, Bristol, England, BS16 2NB.
2. Information we collect
We may collect names, business names, contact details, property addresses and postcodes, service preferences, property descriptions, photographs voluntarily provided, access and scheduling information, correspondence, quotation and invoice records, payment status and complaint information. We ask clients not to send payment-card data, unnecessary ID, alarm codes or sensitive personal information through the website.
3. How information is collected
Information comes directly from enquiries, calls, emails, accepted quotations and service delivery; from an authorised agent, landlord, employer or property manager; and from limited technical data required to operate the website. This static website does not itself operate advertising analytics or create an online customer account.
4. Purposes and lawful bases
We use data to respond to enquiries and take steps requested before contract; perform and administer contracts; issue and retain quotations, invoices and business records; meet legal, tax and accounting duties; protect properties, staff and legal rights; and pursue legitimate interests in service improvement, fraud prevention and proportionate business administration. Consent is used where required, for example optional marketing.
5. B2B contacts and EU clients
For business enquiries we process professional contact details relating to the organisation and its authorised representatives. EU-based clients may commission services for UK properties. Where personal data is received from outside the UK, the sender must have authority to provide it. International transfers, if needed through a service provider, require an applicable safeguard or recognised adequacy mechanism.
6. Sharing
Data may be shared only where reasonably necessary with authorised staff or subcontractors, professional advisers, accounting and payment providers, email or IT providers, insurers, debt-recovery providers, authorities and law-enforcement bodies where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
Enquiries that do not proceed are ordinarily retained for up to 12 months unless a dispute or legal reason requires longer. Contract, invoice and accounting records may be retained for at least 6 years after the relevant financial period or relationship. Operational access details should be deleted or updated when no longer required. Exact periods may vary where law, claims or safeguarding needs apply.
8. Security
We use proportionate access controls, limited collection and reasonable administrative safeguards. Email is not perfectly secure; do not send unnecessary sensitive data. Clients should provide temporary access instructions through an agreed safe method and change codes when appropriate.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. Rights can be limited by legal recordkeeping or claims. Contact us to exercise a right; identity may need to be verified proportionately.
10. Complaints
Contact PUREVALE first so we can investigate. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. This does not affect other legal remedies.
11. Cookies and local storage
The website uses essential browser storage to remember that the entry animation has played and that the privacy notice was acknowledged. It does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural profiling. If analytics or external booking services are added, this notice and consent controls should be updated before deployment.
12. Updates
We may update this policy when services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be published here. Last updated: 12 August 2026.
